Nintendo’s two latest broadcasts for indie and third-party games were separate events: the Indie World on March 3, 2026, and the Partner Showcase on February 5, 2026. The Indie World highlighted games for Switch 2, Switch, or both, including three announced as launching that day. The Partner Showcase ran for roughly 30 minutes and ranged from new reveals to major ports and returning series. Nintendo also held a combined Indie World and Partner Showcase on August 27, 2024; that was a different event.
What was shown at the March 3, 2026 Indie World?
Nintendo’s March presentation focused on upcoming games from independent developers and publishers for Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, or both, with launches spanning 2026. Its three highlighted same-day releases were Rotwood, Blue Prince, and Minishoot’ Adventures. Platform availability differs by game, so a title’s appearance in the presentation does not mean it is coming to both systems.

Klei Entertainment’s side-scrolling action brawler supports solo play or local and online co-op with up to three friends. Nintendo described the Switch 2 release as a console exclusive and announced it for later on March 3, 2026.
Blue Prince
Dogubomb and Raw Fury’s mystery, strategy, and puzzle game takes place in a manor that changes over time. Nintendo highlighted Joy-Con 2 mouse controls and announced a Switch 2 launch later on March 3, 2026.

Minishoot’ Adventures
SoulGame Studio’s twin-stick shoot-’em-up adventure combines ship upgrades with dungeon bosses. Nintendo listed it for both Switch 2 and the original Switch and announced a launch later on March 3, 2026.
Blighted
Drinkbox Studios’ exploration-driven action RPG was announced for Switch 2 in fall 2026, with solo play and local or online multiplayer. Nintendo’s announcement gives that release window; it does not establish whether the date or availability has since changed.

Deadzone: Rogue
Prophecy Games’ roguelike shooter offers solo or online play. Nintendo announced a March 17, 2026 Switch 2 release and preorders at the time. That announcement is not confirmation of current availability or preorder inventory.

Nintendo’s archive describes this as a roughly 30-minute presentation of upcoming games for Switch 2 and Switch. The official video lists announcements ranging from new games to ports and returning franchises. The titles below follow the sequence in Nintendo’s official Partner Showcase video; the listing confirms their appearance, but does not by itself establish each game’s current release date, platform-specific format, or physical edition.

Is this the same as Nintendo’s August 2024 “Indies and Partners” event?
No. Nintendo held an Indie World Showcase followed by a Partner Showcase on August 27, 2024. Nintendo UK said those presentations focused on partner games planned for the second half of 2024 and beyond, including Tetris Forever, Pizza Tower, and Yakuza Kiwami. Nintendo’s US archive described the two presentations together as roughly 40 minutes and noted at the time that they would not discuss the Switch successor. How to check a game’s platform and release status
These broadcasts are useful starting points, not a guarantee that a game is currently available or that every version has the same features. For a specific title, check its Nintendo game page or the publisher’s latest announcement for the system, release date, and edition. For the March Indie World games, Nintendo’s announcement gives the platforms and original release timing; for the Partner Showcase, consult the official video for what was shown and verify any date or format separately.
