GamesRadar+ reproduced the announcement wording on March 26, 2025. Contemporary reports from GameSpot, Insider Gaming and GamesRadar+ gave the same date, time, Switch focus and exclusion of Switch 2 updates. The event is a past announcement, not a future scheduled Direct.
