What were the Season 12 Twitch Drops?
Blizzard community manager Kaedi announced the “Freshly brewed drops now available on Twitch” campaign on August 20, 2024. It launched alongside Overwatch 2 Season 12: New Frontiers, which also began on August 20.

How long did you need to watch for the Barista Sojourn skin?
The final reward, the Barista Epic Sojourn skin, required 15 hours of eligible Overwatch 2 viewing during the campaign. Earlier milestones granted the spray, icon, voice line, weapon charm and victory pose, so viewers did not need to reach 15 hours to earn the lower-tier Drops.
How did claiming the Drops work?
For the 2024 campaign, Blizzard instructed players to link their Twitch and Battle.net accounts and watch an eligible channel in the Overwatch 2 category. Blizzard’s general Twitch Drops FAQ explains that eligible category channels can count toward progress and that earned Drops must be claimed through Twitch. Those steps describe how the expired campaign worked; they do not reopen it.

Can you still get the Season 12 Twitch Drops?
No. The campaign ran from August 20, 2024, at 11 a.m. until August 31, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. The window has expired, so watching now cannot earn these Season 12 rewards through this promotion.
