Diamora is the main boss of the Singing Caverns in Act 4. Keep moving to avoid her aimed attacks, bait her diving geyser trails close together to preserve room in the arena, and turn away from her gaze during her song intermissions to avoid petrification.
Where to find Diamora
Search Whakapanu Island in Act 4 for the entrance to the Singing Caverns, then make your way through the cavern to find Diamora. The PoE2DB Act 4 walkthrough identifies her as the cavern’s main boss.
Prepare for physical and cold damage
The encounter is described as physical- and cold-themed. The walkthrough suggests considering a Thawing Charm before entering. It does not specify a required level, resistance value, class, build, or damage target, so there is no established threshold to meet before attempting the fight.
How to handle Diamora’s attacks
Diamora fights in a donut-shaped arena. Her attacks pressure your positioning and can leave damaging areas behind. The following mechanics and thresholds are described in the POE Vault Act 4 boss guide.

Keep moving through aimed attacks
Diamora sweeps at close range. She also sends two tidal waves from opposite sides of the arena that crash together at your location, targets you with three successive geysers, and makes two diving passes from the outer edge toward the center. Each dive leaves a geyser line.
As a practical positioning approach, keep moving when an attack targets your current position, and dodge the waves as they converge rather than standing where they are due to meet.

Keep diving trails together
Place the two geyser trails from her diving passes close to one another. This leaves a larger continuous area to move through instead of dividing the arena into smaller, awkward sections.
Watch for attacks added as her health falls
- At 85% health: Diamora adds a line shockwave scream and a short-arc water attack.
- At 70% health: She adds a water bubble that tracks you, then slams down in a small area.
Continue moving away from attacks aimed at your position, while taking care not to run into the geyser trails you have placed.

How to avoid petrification during the songs
At 65% and 35% health, Diamora moves to the middle of the arena and sings while rotating. Her gaze sweeps across part of the arena and builds petrification stacks if you look toward it. Watching her reflection in the water walls can also add stacks. Five stacks petrify you for four seconds.
During each song, face away from Diamora’s gaze and the reflected images in the water walls. Minions also spawn during the intermissions, so stay aware of them without turning toward the gaze or reflections.

The 35% intermission adds rotating water bubbles. Standing in one slowly drowns you, so keep moving to avoid them while maintaining your position away from the gaze.

Optional Beckoning Clam
The Beckoning Clam in the cavern is an optional encounter, separate from the main progression. Interact with it, defeat the ambush, then interact with it again to obtain a Humming Pearl. The PoE2DB Act 4 walkthrough says you can take the pearl to Rog in town in exchange for a rare Pearlescent Amulet.
