For one Iron Anvil Head, gather 20 Iron Ingots and 40 Charcoal. The most recently updated recipe-specific listing says it unlocks at Blacksmithing level 5 and can be crafted at a Forge, Artisan Forge, or Guild Forge. A separate database lists a Stone Anvil and level 6, so check the recipe panel in your current game build if the recipe is missing.

Which forge crafts it, and what level do I need?
The newer recipe-specific listing names a Forge, Artisan Forge, or Guild Forge and requires Blacksmithing level 5. A Forge listing updated September 11, 2026 also includes Iron Anvil Head among its recipes. Pax Dei gaming.tools’ Forge listing
There is a conflicting database entry: Pax Dei Universe lists Blacksmithing level 6 at a Stone Anvil. That item page was crawled roughly two months before October 8, 2026, and its search result does not expose a game version. Because the recipe-specific listing is dated August 18, 2026 and the Forge listing was updated September 11, 2026, use Forge, Artisan Forge, or Guild Forge and level 5 as the better-supported database answer—but treat the in-game recipe panel as authoritative for the build you are playing. Why can’t I find the recipe at my station?
The discrepancy between database listings is a likely reason: one says Stone Anvil and level 6, while the newer recipe-specific page says Forge-family stations and level 5. Check the in-game Blacksmithing recipe panel for the station and unlock requirement shown by your current game build. If you do not meet its listed level or are using a different station, the recipe may not appear where you expect.
The related Iron Ingot listing carries a later game-data version, 48.17.4901+5453.174901, and was updated September 11, 2026. It includes Iron Anvil Head among recipes that consume Iron Ingots, supporting that the component remains represented in that database snapshot. It does not replace the dedicated recipe page for the Iron Anvil Head’s station and unlock details. Pax Dei gaming.tools’ Iron Ingot listing

The current recipe listing says it is used to make some Artisan Forge Fittings; the older Pax Dei Universe item page says it is used to assemble an iron anvil. The available listings do not establish which description applies in every current build, so confirm the component’s use in the in-game recipe chain before planning around a specific finished item.
