There is no single confirmed all-content total to quote: published lists count the main game, forms, events, updates, and paid expansion content differently. This guide explains those scope differences and where to look for Pokémon names, habitats, weather, time-of-day conditions, and specialties.
What the Pokopia Pokédex covers
Pokémon Pokopia is a Nintendo Switch 2 game in which Pokémon can be encountered through the story or by creating habitats. Pokédex guides connect Pokémon entries with those habitat discoveries, helping players identify what to look for and what conditions may matter. GameSpot’s Pokédex guide describes both encounter routes, while Nintendo Life’s guide organizes entries alongside habitats and related conditions.
Use “all Pokémon” carefully when searching: a list may mean the main Pokédex only, or it may also include alternate forms, event additions, free updates, and paid expansion content. Those are different scopes, not competing answers to one identical question.
Why published Pokémon counts differ
Available references report different totals because their inclusion rules differ. The figures below are attributed to their respective sources; none should be treated as an official, Nintendo-confirmed current total across every type of content.

| Source | Reported scope and count | How to read it |
|---|---|---|
| Bulbapedia | 300 numbered Pokémon in the main Pokédex; event and Expansion Pass Pokémon are listed separately. | Community-edited reference; its main-list figure does not combine the separate lists. |
| PokopiaDex | 300 unique Pokémon, or 308 including forms. | The difference reflects whether forms are counted as additional entries. |
| Pokopia World | 363 entries across base game, free update, and paid Bubbly Basin expansion content. | A broader, categorized scope than a main-game-only list. |
| GameSpot | 311 Pokémon in its guide dated March 16, 2026. | A dated guide figure, not a current all-content total. |
The sources available here do not establish an official roster or reconcile a current total across all content. For a useful count, check the page’s date and whether it includes forms, events, updates, or paid DLC. A fan database’s total is a reference figure, not official confirmation.

For a list organized around discovery, Nintendo Life’s complete Pokédex and habitat guide says it covers Pokémon habitats, required weather, time of day, and specialties. These details make the list practical for planning a discovery rather than simply checking names off.

How to choose a Pokopia Pokédex tracker
- Check content coverage: Confirm whether the list is for the main game alone or also counts forms, events, free updates, and paid expansion content.
- Look for discovery conditions: Habitat, weather, and time-of-day information can help narrow down where or when to search.
- Decide which entry details you need: Types, specialties, abilities taught, and favorites are useful fields in some databases, but not every list presents the same information.
- Check numbering and filters: A numbered, filterable list is easier to use for tracking progress, provided its numbering and scope are clear.
- Check recency and attribution: Updates can change what a list includes. Prefer pages that state when they were updated and distinguish community-maintained information from official confirmation.
