What to do if PSN appears available but you cannot connect
- Check the service status. If PlayStation lists the affected service as unavailable or under maintenance, wait and retry after its status changes.
- Retry before changing your setup. PlayStation’s CE-108877-1 support guidance advises checking PSN status and trying again later when maintenance may be involved.
