Where to find the Albino Eel
The Official Palia Wiki lists caves in Kilima Valley and Bahari Bay, as well as The Underground. Palia Database names Bahari Bay Cave and Water Temple. The sources use different names for the Kilima location: the database’s Water Temple entry corresponds to the wiki’s Temple of the Waves listing, though each source labels it differently.
For general fishing mechanics, the Palia Wiki fishing guide explains that the fish available depend on the body of water, time, and bait.
Bait and timing
Use Worm bait. Both the wiki and Palia Database list the Albino Eel as available any time; the database also says it can be caught in any weather. Fishing requires a fishing rod.
