Its headline bonus cut Egg Hatch Distance in half for Eggs placed in Incubators during the event; Nickit and Thievul also made their Pokémon GO debut. Here are the event’s schedule, Pokémon, Egg pool, and research rewards as announced by Pokémon GO.
When was the Deep Depths event?
Pokémon GO scheduled Deep Depths for Wednesday, March 19, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. through Monday, March 24, 2025, at 8:00 p.m. local time. The event and its limited-time research deadlines have passed.
What were the Deep Depths event bonuses?
- Half Egg Hatch Distance: Eggs placed into Incubators during the event required half their usual distance to hatch. The bonus applied to Eggs incubated during the event window.
- Increased Shiny Clauncher chance: The announcement said players had an increased chance to encounter and hatch Shiny Clauncher. It did not publish a numeric rate.
