When was the July 2025 Pokémon Presents?
The presentation was scheduled for Tuesday, July 22, 2025. The Japanese Pokémon announcement listed the start time as 22:00 Japan time.
The official Pokémon UK event page confirms the date and points to the official Pokémon YouTube channel. Its retrieved listing showed 6:00 a.m., but did not identify the timezone attached to that time. Without that detail, it cannot be safely converted into a local time for other regions.
Where can I watch the Pokémon Presents?
The international event notice sent viewers to the official Pokémon YouTube channel. The presentation is also available as an official Pokémon Presents video listing.

What was announced during the presentation?
Nintendo’s July 23, 2025 recap says the presentation featured new information on Pokémon Legends: Z-A and Pokémon Champions, the launch of Pokémon Friends, and a teaser for an Aardman collaboration. It also covered several existing games, the Pokémon Trading Card Game, and the World Championships.
Pokémon Legends: Z-A and Pokémon Champions
Nintendo’s recap described Pokémon Legends: Z-A as planned for October 16, 2025, on Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch. It listed Pokémon Champions for 2026 on Switch 2, Switch, iOS, and Android. These are the release plans reported at the time, not confirmation of current availability.

Pokémon Friends
Nintendo said Pokémon Friends launched on the day of the presentation for Nintendo Switch, Switch 2, iOS, and Android. The puzzle game included over 1,200 puzzles and up to 150 different plush collectibles within the game; these are virtual collectibles, not physical toys.
Pokémon Tales and other highlights
The presentation previewed Pokémon Tales: The Misadventures of Sirfetch’d & Pichu, a stop-motion animated series made with Aardman and announced for 2027. Nintendo also reported on Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet, Pokémon GO, Pokémon Sleep, Pokémon UNITE, Pokémon Masters EX, Pokémon Café ReMix, and Pokémon Concierge.

For the Pokémon TCG, the recap mentioned Mega Evolution cards and said the Mega Evolution expansion was planned for September 26, 2025. That date was the plan announced in the 2025 recap, not a statement about present availability. Nintendo also noted an update on Pokémon World Championships promo cards.
