A short excerpt from Pokémon’s Super Bowl LX commercial was reported online on February 6, 2026, two days before the game. The clip reportedly showed Lady Gaga with Jigglypuff, Charles Leclerc with Arcanine, and Young Miko with Gengar. Pokémon later published the completed anniversary commercial on its official site.
What the reported leak showed
Omelete reported on February 6 that a clip of about five seconds was circulating online. The article attributed the post to the fan account Lady Gaga Now; that attribution describes where the clip was reportedly shared, not who first obtained it or how it got out. The Pokémon Company did not confirm the clip’s provenance in the cited coverage. Omelete’s February 6 report

- Formula 1 driver Charles Leclerc appeared with Arcanine.
- Young Miko appeared with Gengar.
Because the excerpt was brief, it did not establish whether those were the only celebrities or Pokémon featured in the full spot.
Why Pokémon was airing the commercial
Pokémon had announced the special Super Bowl video on February 4 as part of its 30th-anniversary celebration. GameSpot reported that The Pokémon Company International president Kenji Okubo described the campaign as a way for fans across generations to see their fandom reflected. He said: “As we look to the next 30 years and beyond, we invite Trainers to join in celebrating this landmark milestone, starting with Super Bowl LX, where they’ll see themselves and their fandom reflected in unexpected ways.” GameSpot’s February 4 coverage

That announcement establishes the commercial’s anniversary and fan-focused context. It does not establish that the spot announced a Pokémon game or promoted a particular product.

Super Bowl LX took place on February 8, 2026. The Pokémon Company subsequently published an official viewing page for the completed commercial, titled “¿Cuál es tu favorito?” (“Which is your favorite?”). Watch it on Pokémon’s official Spanish-language page. That page is the official place to view the finished spot; the earlier reporting concerned only a short circulating excerpt.
