Pred’s return to OpTic Texas was a February 6, 2025 roster update—not a current roster move. Insider Gaming reported that he rejoined the starting lineup ahead of Major II after more than two months away. OpTic’s current roster page lists Huke, Shotzzy, Dashy, and Mercules, not Pred.
What happened with Pred and OpTic Texas?
On February 6, 2025, Insider Gaming reported that Pred was returning to OpTic Texas’s starting roster ahead of the Call of Duty League’s 2025 Major II. The report said he had been away from the team for more than two months. It described the absence as following a personal situation, without clearly explaining the circumstances publicly.
The change came after OpTic’s exit from the Madrid Major and before the OpTic-backed Texas Major, according to the report. Those event details provide context for the timing; they do not establish a specific competitive reason for the roster move.
What did OpTic say about Huke?
Insider Gaming reproduced a post from the official @OpTic account thanking Huke: “Thank you @Huke for your dedication & passion playing for OpTic. We appreciate you always, best of luck.” The post was shown with a timestamp of 9:12 pm on February 6, 2025. The report does not identify an individual speaker.

Is Pred back on OpTic Texas now?
No—not according to OpTic’s current roster page, checked October 8, 2026. It lists Huke, Shotzzy, Dashy, and Mercules; Pred is not listed. The Call of Duty League’s official site is displaying the 2026 season, so the February 2025 return should be read as a past roster update, not a description of the team today.
