Pokémon Pokopia is a life-simulation and crafting game for Nintendo Switch 2. You play as a Ditto transformed to look human, gathering materials and working with Pokémon to restore a desolate world. It released on March 5, 2026, and its online features require a Nintendo Switch Online membership.
What is Pokémon Pokopia?
Nintendo describes Pokémon Pokopia as the franchise’s first slow-paced life-simulation game. Its central activity is restoring the world: you gather resources, craft objects, and create homes and habitats where Pokémon can live. The joint Nintendo and The Pokémon Company announcement describes the aim as rebuilding “a desolate world into a charming utopia, one step at a time.” Nintendo and The Pokémon Company’s announcement
