No verified official source confirms that Pokémon is giving away free Wiglett tree ornaments. Pokémon’s October 13, 2025 holiday announcement described a collection of resin-cast ornaments, but did not establish a Wiglett item or a giveaway. A third-party marketplace page has listed a Wiglett ornament for resale; that is not proof of a free official offer.
What Pokémon officially announced for the 2025 holidays
The Pokémon Company International’s October 13, 2025 announcement said Pokémon Center’s holiday exclusives were available and described ornaments as resin-cast. The announcement does not verify a Wiglett ornament or say that any ornament was being given away.
Why a Wiglett ornament listing does not prove a giveaway
An eBay category page includes a listing titled “Pokémon Center Wiglett Collectible Ornament 2025 Holiday Display Decor New.” That establishes only that a third-party resale listing appeared on the page. It does not establish the item’s official status, whether it was originally offered free, the original terms, current stock, or availability from Pokémon Center.
How to check for a legitimate promotion
Look for a promotion-specific announcement or terms from Pokémon Center, Pokémon, or an identified authorized partner before treating the offer as real. Pokémon Support’s general partner-promotion guidance, dated January 30, 2026, says details such as region, retailer, and dates may vary or change, and that promotions are typically available while supplies last. Those general terms do not confirm a Wiglett promotion.
