When was FC 24 available through PlayStation Plus?
Sony announced EA SPORTS FC 24 Standard Edition for PS4 and PS5 as part of its May 2024 Monthly Games lineup. Members could add the games beginning May 7, 2024, and Sony gave June 17, 2024 as the last date to add FC 24. That claim period has expired.

- Some features may require an internet connection and an online subscription.
The offer was for PlayStation Plus members. Sony also cautioned that monthly-game lineups may vary by region and advised players to check their regional PlayStation Store.
What can PS5 owners do instead?
- Check the local PlayStation Store. Sony’s FC 24 store listing confirms a PS5 game listing, but the listing’s existence does not mean a free claim is currently available. Price and availability should be checked in your own region.
- Check PlayStation Plus announcements. A future monthly-game offer would need a current official announcement and an active claim period; the 2024 promotion does not create an ongoing entitlement.
- Account for online play separately. The PlayStation Store listing says PS Plus is required for online play. That requirement is distinct from whether the game itself is free to claim or purchase.
Does EA’s promotion page confirm a new offer?
No. EA’s FC 24 offers and disclaimers page describes historic promotions and eligibility details; it does not establish a new free PS5 claim for October 2026.
