The Rauh Ruins map fragment is on a guide stele beside the road just outside Temple Town Ruins, in the lower area called Rauh Base. The simplest route begins at Moorth Ruins: travel northeast through two caves to Ancient Ruins Base, then head west past the colossus enemies. You do not need to enter the upper Ancient Ruins of Rauh to collect it.

Look for the guide stele just before Temple Town Ruins in Rauh Base. The collectible is the in-game key item Map: Rauh Ruins. Its description reads: “Map of the ancient Rauh Ruins. These giant ruins are flooded, overgrown, and split into two by a chasm.” Elden Ring Wiki
Route from Moorth Ruins
- Start at the Moorth Ruins Site of Grace in Scadu Altus, east of the exit from Castle Ensis.
- Travel northeast toward the pond and the cave marked by a statue of Marika. Cross the cave, keeping left to reach a second cave.
- Continue through the second cave, where giant bird enemies are found, and exit into the area around Ancient Ruins Base.
- From Ancient Ruins Base, head west along the main road, past the colossus enemies. Find the map stele beside the road before Temple Town Ruins.

Rauh Base versus the upper ruins
Rauh has two distinct areas that are easy to confuse. The Moorth Ruins cave route reaches Rauh Base, where the map fragment is located. The upper Ancient Ruins of Rauh are reached from the western rampart of Shadow Keep in Scadu Altus. That upper-area entrance is not needed to pick up this fragment. PC Gamer Elden Ring Wiki
