Recommended Free Tools
The R.E.P.O. shop offers upgrades, healing, weapons, explosives, drones, C.A.R.T.s, attachments and utility items. This is a dated reference, not a fixed official catalog: the detailed item list and prices below come from a community guide posted March 22, 2026, while Semiwork’s May 7, 2026 update announced seven additional item names without prices or descriptions. Stock and prices can vary between runs.
How to read the item list
The March 22, 2026 Steam Community guide supplies the item effects, listed prices, and purchase limits below. It warns that newer items may be missing. Treat prices as community-guide figures rather than guaranteed prices: a Japanese community wiki reports random stock, variable prices, and increasing costs for repeated upgrades. The specific shop selection, your money, current inventory, and run can all affect what is useful.
Where the guide gives a range, the price may vary; where it gives one amount, that is the guide’s listed figure, not an official fixed price. “Charges” or “hits” describe the guide’s stated number before recharging when it specifies one. The upgrade limits are per run.
Player upgrades
These purchases improve survivability, mobility, or handling. Listed limits and effects are from the community guide.

Seven newer items named in the May 2026 update
Semiwork’s official May 7, 2026 update announcement names Semibot Walkies, Scout, Hauler, Defibro, Leaf Blower, Roll Staff, and Zero Gravity Staff. The announcement does not provide their prices, functions, or shop availability, so those details cannot be established from the announcement alone. The March item guide predates this update and cautions that it may omit new items.

The same official announcement describes a redesigned shop look and environments, an activatable shopkeeper, and a shop upgrade reroller that replaces upgrades still on the shelf with a new selection. These are shop changes, not item effects.
Choosing what to buy
There is no universally best purchase in the guide: usefulness depends on the run, the team’s needs, and what is actually in stock. Use the role as a starting point, then check the displayed price and your current kit.
Quick Recap
- Survival: Health upgrades and health packs address different needs: one raises maximum health, while packs restore health. The Health Upgrade’s listed price is $6K; pack prices and restoration amounts vary by size.
- Mobility: Sprint Speed, Stamina, jump and tumble upgrades alter movement; drones can change jump height, falling, or object weight.
- Damage and crowd control: Weapons and explosives trade damage, range, charges, stun, and knockback. A stun or knockback effect may serve a different purpose from a high listed damage figure.
- Carrying and item support: Strength, carts, drones, and energy items can help with lifting, transport, or keeping rechargeable gear usable.
- Navigation and information: Trackers point toward an extraction point or an undiscovered valuable; the Player Counter reports living players on the map.
