The Ragnarok Online LATAM Open Beta is over, and characters, levels, and items earned during it were reset before the official launch. To play now, start at the official GNJOY Americas / RO LATAM portal and follow its current account and Windows client download instructions. Do not use old beta signup details as if they still provide access.
Is the Ragnarok Online LATAM Open Beta still available?
No. The Open Beta was a historical test, not the current way to access the game. GNJOY support says beta characters, levels, and items were reset for the official launch so the service could begin with a fresh start after testing its servers, systems, and balance. You cannot rely on beta progress being available now.

Gravity announced pre-registration for Ragnarok Online America Latina on March 17, 2025, describing the PC MMORPG as its first directly serviced title in Latin America and listing English, Spanish, and Portuguese support. The current portal branding is GNJOY Americas: the October 8, 2026 announcement says the name change did not alter RO LATAM service or account data, and that the game remains focused on Latin America.
How to play Ragnarok Online LATAM now
- Open the official GNJOY Americas / RO LATAM website.
- Locate the current Ragnarok Online LATAM game page and follow the account instructions shown there. Use the LATAM service rather than assuming an account from another regional server will work.
- Use the official page’s client download instructions to download and install the Windows client.
- Follow the current portal instructions to launch and sign in. The exact button labels and present-day login flow may change, so use the instructions displayed on the official site.
GNJOY support identifies the game as a Windows PC title and directs players to download the client from the official website. It does not establish a current installer size or a step-by-step setup sequence, so check the live portal rather than relying on an old beta guide.

Do other Ragnarok Online accounts or progress transfer?
No. The publisher’s support information says accounts and progress from bRO, iRO, and other official services cannot be transferred to the LATAM server. Treat RO LATAM as a separate regional service; do not assume that characters, progress, or purchases from another server will carry over.
Does it cost anything to play?
GNJOY’s support article describes the game as free-to-play with no initial cost. It also mentions optional cosmetic and utility items, VIP packages, and seasonal rewards. These are in-game offerings; they are not prerequisites for downloading or starting the game.

What PC do you need?
The support page identifies Windows as the platform and links minimum and recommended specifications in an image, but the figures are not available in its readable text. Check the current requirements on the official RO LATAM site before installing; no specific processor, memory, graphics, or storage numbers can be confirmed here.

Use GNJOY Americas in current navigation, while looking for the game under Ragnarok Online LATAM or RO LATAM. The portal’s 2026 announcement says the GNJOY LATAM-to-GNJOY Americas rebrand did not change RO LATAM’s service or account data. Older pages may still use GNJOY LATAM branding, which can make historical beta information look current.
