If a Rainbow Six Siege Bravo Pack ticket is missing, first confirm that the Battle Pass for that specific season actually included one. Then check the Bravo Pack area in the Locker, verify you are using the Ubisoft account linked to the platform where you earned the reward, and allow up to 48 hours for delivery. If it is still absent, contact Ubisoft Support with the season, account details, and evidence of completion or purchase.
First, confirm the ticket was part of that season’s rewards
A completed Battle Pass does not necessarily mean a Bravo Pack ticket was owed. Compare the reward you expected with the official page or in-game track for the exact season; a player report about a missing ticket does not establish that the ticket was included in that season’s pass.
As of October 8, 2026, Ubisoft’s Operation Split Fire Battle Pass page showed a season running September 1 to December 1. Its Premium Pass rewards list includes 20 Delta Packs, 10 Alpha Packs, two Black Ice Packs, and other items, but does not list a Bravo Pack ticket. That only describes the season shown on the page; it does not establish what earlier seasons offered. Check the relevant season’s reward track rather than applying this list to a past pass.

Check the Locker
Ubisoft says Alpha Packs and Bravo Packs are available in the Locker. Open the Locker and look in the Bravo Pack area. If you earned or unlocked content but cannot find it, Ubisoft also recommends checking that the relevant game content is installed on your platform. Check your Ubisoft account and platform link
If you play on more than one platform, confirm that the active platform account is linked to the same Ubisoft account used to earn the reward. Ubisoft says Bravo Packs and Battle Pass rewards and tokens are shareable across platforms when you use the same Ubisoft account, or a console account linked to it. The Ubisoft cross-progression guide explains the account requirement. An account mismatch can make a reward seem absent on the platform you are checking.
Allow time for delivery
A pinned Ubisoft staff post on the Steam support forum says Alpha and Bravo Packs and Battle Pass rewards can take up to 48 hours to appear after purchase, redemption, or completion. The post was first published October 13, 2020 and last edited December 8, 2022, so treat it as Ubisoft Support guidance, not a guaranteed current service-level deadline. If fewer than 48 hours have passed, check again after that window before escalating.

Contact Ubisoft Support if it is still missing
If the ticket was listed in the relevant season’s rewards, you checked the Locker and account linkage, and it remains absent after the waiting period, ask Ubisoft Support to investigate the account-specific entitlement. Public reward pages cannot show whether your account met the conditions or whether the item was delivered.
Include the exact reward name, season, platform, Ubisoft username and Steam username if applicable, plus a concise timeline. Attach a screenshot of Battle Pass completion or proof of purchase when relevant. Ubisoft’s pinned support post about missing in-game content asks players to provide the missing item and account information, with purchase or challenge-completion evidence where applicable. Support can investigate; the cited guidance does not promise a replacement.
