Xbox Wire had included it in an upcoming-games guide on January 19, 2024, ahead of the launch. Scopely’s launch announcement, the Xbox Store listing, and Xbox Wire’s January 19 guide all support the date.
Which Xbox consoles support it, and is it free?
The Xbox Store lists Stumble Guys for Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S. It describes the base game as free-to-play, with optional paid add-ons. Store availability, listing details, and add-ons can change, so check the current listing in your region before downloading or purchasing anything.
What was included in the Xbox launch?
Scopely presented Stumble Guys as a fast, chaotic multiplayer party knockout game, with events and levels, custom parties, and matches of up to 32 players. Its announcement also said players could bring their accounts to Xbox and make progress across PC, mobile, and console. That is Scopely’s launch-era description; it does not establish that every account, version, or progression setup synchronizes without restrictions.

Scopely’s January 2024 announcement also promoted a community of “50M+ players every month” and “over half a billion downloads.” Those are company-reported figures from the launch announcement, not independently audited measurements.
Which features arrived after the Xbox debut?
Scopely’s one-year console retrospective describes split-screen local multiplayer and cross-platform online play as features introduced after the console debut. The Xbox Store’s current listing includes shared/split-screen play and cross-platform multiplayer, but those present-day listing details should not be read as proof that both features were available on launch day. Scopely’s console retrospective also notes that the game later came to PlayStation and Nintendo Switch, making Xbox the first step in its console expansion.

What can you do on Xbox now?
As of the Xbox Store listing accessed October 8, 2026, the game supports online multiplayer for 2–32 players, cross-platform multiplayer, and shared/split-screen play. These describe the current store snapshot, not a guarantee that every mode or feature will remain unchanged. For account-specific questions, follow the current in-game or official support instructions rather than assuming that progression works identically across all platforms.
