What Shattered Vow does
Its unique effect reads: “Enemies afflicted by more Damage over Time than remaining Life are Executed.” In practical terms, the relevant comparison is between the enemy’s remaining Life and the amount of Damage over Time affecting it. The effect is not simply an execute against any enemy that has been poisoned or otherwise afflicted: the DoT amount must exceed the Life the enemy has left.

These values and class restrictions reflect the listing updated October 8, 2026, not a guarantee for later patches. Bubaigei’s version history records the Damage over Time Duration affix increasing from 100% to 120% in patch 3.1, attributing that change to Blizzard’s patch notes. Where to get Shattered Vow
Available reports do not establish a dependable current Season 15 farming route. D4Guides says any uber boss can drop it at the same rate and that it cannot be intentionally farmed. An older Game8 guide, last updated February 4, 2026, instead names specific ladder/uber bosses and describes crafting with two Resplendent Sparks plus rune requirements. Because these accounts differ and there is no authoritative current item-specific drop table established here, treat neither as definitive guidance for the current patch. Check current in-game crafting and boss information before committing materials or a farming plan.

D4Guides calls Shattered Vow a two-handed slashing weapon, while Game8 labels it a polearm. Since those references conflict, the current database wording is the more appropriate listing to use here; confirm the weapon category shown in-game if a particular subclass or interaction matters.
