If you mean the conversation with Dexter DeShawn in Cyberpunk 2077, choose the response that fits how you want V to handle the situation. Available walkthroughs confirm the story context, but they do not verify a gameplay advantage or consequence for the exact choice to tell Dex you have the Relic.
What the choice is about
The Relic is part of the heist storyline, and The Information is the main job in which V investigates its location. A walkthrough says that after completing The Information, V calls Dex; the mission page also lists Dex as the quest giver and the Relic among the job’s objectives. PowerPyx’s walkthrough and the mission page establish that context, but not the effects of this particular dialogue answer.

Does telling Dex change anything?
The available sources do not establish that disclosing the Relic changes quest progress, rewards, the plot, or an ending. Nor do they establish a benefit to keeping it private. Treat the choice as role-play rather than a proven strategic decision: tell Dex if that fits V’s approach, or withhold the information if you want V to be more guarded.
Do not confuse it with Evelyn’s proposal
Guides may discuss a different conversation: whether V tells Dex that Evelyn Parker proposed cutting him out of the job. That is not the same question as whether V tells Dex about having the Relic. Check the dialogue options and any quest updates shown in your own playthrough before deciding whether to reload.
