Give the pupa to Bradford if you want the larger reported Auntie’s Choice reputation increase: walkthroughs list +3, compared with +1 for Wentworth. Choose Wentworth if you prefer the outcome in which Wotjek eats the pupa. Guides report the same main quest rewards either way, and do not establish a definite campaign consequence for Bradford’s choice.
What changes when you choose Bradford or Wentworth?

The reputation figures are reported quest outcomes, not a guarantee of broader faction or ending effects. The available guides are secondary walkthroughs, and the possible ending-screen impact of giving Bradford the pupa is not explained well enough to treat as a confirmed consequence.
Are the quest rewards different?
No difference in the main quest rewards is reported between the two choices. Game8 lists 1,500 bits, Cleo’s The Hunt, and 621 XP for completing the quest; those figures are the guide’s listed completion rewards, not a separate bonus for either recipient.
Where does the choice happen?
The decision is part of Pinching the Pupa, a Golden Ridge side quest at Fort Endurance. The walkthrough describes speaking with Bradford or Wentworth, retrieving a Zyranium Mantisaur Pupa from a nearby nest, and choosing whom to give it to when you return. The choice leads into defending Fort Endurance from a Mantisaur attack.
