Nexus Mods hosts a changing catalog of community-made Stellar Blade mods, including listings marked Adult. The hub has an adult-content filter, and the catalog also includes other kinds of mods. These files are not official releases or endorsements from developer SHIFT UP.
Where to find Stellar Blade mods on Nexus Mods
Open the Stellar Blade hub on Nexus Mods to browse its listings and use the site’s adult-content control if you want to show or hide adult entries. Listings and counts can change, so check the live hub for the current catalog rather than relying on older totals.

The PC game launched on Steam on June 11, 2025. Steam describes Stellar Blade as an action-adventure game and notes that it includes mature themes and revealing costumes. That description concerns the official game; community-made mods are separate files hosted by Nexus Mods.
What the early Nexus catalog looked like
In a June 12, 2025 report, GamesRadar counted 203 Stellar Blade mods on Nexus Mods, of which 80 were labeled Adult. It also reported more than 351,000 combined downloads for the 30 most-downloaded adult mods at that time. Those figures are a dated snapshot shortly after the PC launch: downloads are events, not a count of unique people, and they should not be read as current totals.

A later GamesRadar report, published June 22, 2025, said the Nexus Adult category had passed one million downloads. That is also a historical category-wide figure, not a live count.
Adult outfits are only one kind of mod
The adult label describes some of the catalog, not all of it. GamesRadar reported that Stellar Blade director and SHIFT UP CEO Hyung-Tae Kim named a Doro companion mod as his favorite. The outlet attributed that detail to a Game Spark interview translated by Automaton; it is best treated as a reported paraphrase, not a direct quotation.

How to choose and install a mod
Read the individual listing before downloading. Mod authors set their own prerequisites and installation steps, so one page’s directions should not be assumed to apply to every file.
- Check the listing. Confirm the mod’s type, Adult label, stated game or mod compatibility, and any limitations the author describes.
- Install listed prerequisites first. Follow the order and instructions on that mod’s Nexus page; requirements differ between files.
- Follow that author’s installation steps. For example, one cited outfit listing instructs users to extract its files into the game’s
~Modsfolder. That is specific to that listing, not a universal installation rule. - Review known issues. The cited outfit mod warns about clipping and physics problems. Check the chosen mod’s page for its own reported visual or technical caveats.
Steam lists Windows 10 64-bit, 16 GB of RAM, and 75 GB of storage as the game’s baseline PC requirements; its recommended specification calls for an SSD. These are requirements for the game, not a promise that a particular mod or combination of mods will run smoothly.
