Staffer Case: A Supernatural Mystery Adventure is a supernatural detective game built around reading documents and catching contradictions—not an action game or a conventional hunt for objects. As detective Notrick, you investigate crimes in a fictional 1960s London where some residents have supernatural abilities. It is available digitally for Windows and macOS on Steam and for Nintendo Switch in the US eShop.
What is Staffer Case about?
In the game’s fictional version of 1960s London, people known as staffers have supernatural abilities. You play as Notrick, the newest detective in the Mana Affairs Division, investigating cases in a world where powers can complicate what looks like an ordinary crime.

How does the deduction system work?
The investigation is document-driven. You gather clues, organize information into documents, and identify contradictions in what characters say or what the evidence shows. A staffer’s ability—and the rules describing how it works—can be as important as a conventional clue. The central question is not simply who had access to a scene, but whether a person’s account is compatible with the way a power operates.

Is Staffer Case on PC and Nintendo Switch?
Yes. The game launched on Steam for Windows and macOS on April 30, 2023. Nintendo’s US eShop lists a digital Switch version released May 29, 2025. These listings confirm digital editions; they do not establish a physical Switch cartridge. Store availability and details can vary by region.

Does Staffer Case have English audio?
Steam lists English interface text and subtitles, but does not list English as a full-audio language; Japanese is listed as full audio. Nintendo’s US listing includes American English among the supported languages, but does not specify audio coverage in the same way. If spoken English dialogue is essential, rely on Steam’s explicit audio-language information rather than assuming the Nintendo language list promises English voice acting.
