Super Android 17 is already playable in DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO. Bandai Namco released the Super Limit-Breaking NEO DLC on July 30, 2026, and included Super 17 among its new fighters. Yes. The official Dragon Ball announcement named Super Android 17 (GT) as an upcoming playable character, and Bandai Namco’s July 30, 2026 launch announcement later confirmed that Super 17 was part of the Super Limit-Breaking NEO DLC roster. Was Super 17’s voice actor responsible for confirming the news?
That part is not established by the available official announcements. They confirm the character’s addition, but do not attribute the news to a voice actor. Without the original post or interview, it is not possible to verify who supposedly hinted at the arrival, when they said it, or what the exact wording was. The safe distinction is that the roster addition is officially confirmed; the voice-actor-hint story is not verified here.

These are publisher-reported DLC contents. The official Bandai Namco Europe DLC page also lists Super 17 and describes the expansion as adding more than 30 fighters.
When and where did Super Limit-Breaking NEO launch?
The DLC launched on July 30, 2026 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam, according to Bandai Namco Entertainment America’s launch announcement. That notice said Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 versions would follow later; the official sources cited here do not establish whether they subsequently launched. Check the current official listing for your platform before buying.

Does buying the base game include Super 17?
Super 17 is part of the NEO DLC, so do not assume that a base-game purchase includes the expansion. Check the exact store page and edition or bundle description for your platform and region, and confirm that it explicitly includes Super Limit-Breaking NEO if you want access to its roster.
