When the showcase happened
THQ Nordic announced the broadcast on May 2, 2024, scheduling it for Friday, August 2 at 12:00 PM PDT / 3 PM EDT / 8 PM BST / 9 PM CEST / 10 PM MSK. The announcement also promised a HandyGames pre-show and news about Titan Quest II and Gothic 1 Remake. THQ Nordic’s announcement and its same-day recap confirm the event was held.

What Titan Quest II showed
Titan Quest II received its debut gameplay trailer. The publisher described an Ancient Greek setting, battles against mythological creatures, loot that changes how the character plays, and extensive customization of appearance, skills, and equipment. It also said players could adventure alone or with friends. These are publisher descriptions of the announced game, not independent hands-on findings. What Gothic 1 Remake showed
The Gothic 1 Remake trailer focused on a world shaped by its own ecosystem and by rival factions competing for control. THQ Nordic described rebuilt visuals and gameplay, changes to progression and combat, and NPCs with varied routines and interactions. The three factions named in the recap are the Old Camp, New Camp, and Brotherhood of the Sleeper. Alkimia Interactive is developing the remake, according to the publisher’s show recap.
