Why the basketball words can mislead
NET, JET, GIANT, and KNICK can look like a set because they are singular forms associated with New York sports teams. In this puzzle, only NET belongs with the basketball-related words: the actual group is parts of a hoop—BACKBOARD, NET, POLE, and RIM.
