For its charged attack, respond to the tell you see—some guides describe a blockable attack, while another recommends jumping as a wave closes in.
Where to find the Revenger Skeleton Commander
The encounter is identified as Floor 20 of Taedal’s Tower, under the name “Revenge and Resurrection.” Game8 describes Taedal’s Tower as a single-player mode where floors are completed sequentially. See Game8’s Taedal’s Tower guide for the tower overview.
Reported entry requirements conflict. A November 1, 2024 guide from Throne and Liberty Online and an August 12, 2024 guide from StudioLoot say players need to be level 45 and clear Floor 19; Game8 lists level 50. Check the Floor 20 selection in your current game rather than relying on either historical requirement.
How to handle the commander’s attacks
Kill skeleton adds promptly
The commander summons skeleton helpers that attack you. Game8 warns that adds left to die on their own can ignite the ground beneath them, and recommends killing them to keep the arena usable. Throne and Liberty Online reports a summon about every 20 seconds, but that interval comes from a 2024 guide and may not reflect the live version.

Read the charged attack before reacting
When the commander pauses to charge a wide-area attack, watch its animation and the effect’s direction. Throne and Liberty Online describes the move as blockable. Game8 describes a wave closing toward the boss and recommends jumping as it closes in to avoid damage and crowd control. These guides may be describing different cues or interpreting the move differently, so do not rely on one response for every tell: block a clearly blockable attack, or time a jump for a wave that visibly closes in.
Move out of marked fire
A marked area can appear beneath your character and deal damage over time. Leave it promptly rather than continuing to attack from inside it.

Time your response to the jump landing
The commander can jump and create area damage on landing. The 2024 Throne and Liberty Online guide recommends jumping as the boss lands. In a forward jump, move away from the initial hit path, then time your jump response for the landing effect.
What changes when the commander resurrects
The commander does not stay defeated the first time its health reaches zero. Guides report that it floats and restores its health completely, then continues the encounter in a later phase. The same guides describe fire spreading around the arena’s perimeter in this phase, with the affected section able to expand.

Keep away from the burning edge, clear adds to preserve room, and avoid getting pushed into the perimeter while responding to the boss. A translated February 7 patch-note page says the resurrection skill was changed to trigger immediately after the first death, but the page cautions that its translation may contain errors; it is not a reliable guarantee of current timing. Historical reward lists do not agree. The 2024 Throne and Liberty Online guide lists Fierce Tyger (Dash), growthstones, Quality Recovery Crystals, coins, and EXP; Game8 lists different quantities for some materials and names Fierce Taion. Neither list establishes the current reward, so check the live reward panel rather than treating an older guide as definitive.

- Confirm Floor 20 access in the tower selection; published level requirements differ.
- Kill skeleton adds before they die on their own and risk igniting the ground beneath them.
- Leave marked fire areas instead of fighting through damage over time.
- Read the charged attack’s visual tell and choose the matching defensive response.
- Time jumps around the commander’s landing effects, including its forward jump.
- After the first defeat, expect a resurrection and protect the remaining safe arena space from perimeter fire.
