How Genshin Impact code redemption works
For a valid code, HoYoverse’s current instructions are to redeem it on the official gift-code redemption website, then claim the reward from in-game mail. HoYoverse says mail typically expires after 30 days. This process applies to valid codes; it does not restore the expired Version 5.1 codes.
