Fortnite Winterfest 2024 ran from December 20, 2024, through January 7, 2025, at 9 AM ET. Its claim period has ended, so the Winterfest Cabin presents are no longer claimable through that event. While it was live, players opened the cabin from the Snowflake tab in a Fortnite Lobby. Epic named several rewards, but its announcement did not publish a complete present-by-present list.
How players claimed Winterfest 2024 presents
During the event, players entered the Winterfest Cabin by selecting the Snowflake tab in the Lobby of any Fortnite experience, then unwrapped presents there before the event ended. Epic’s December 20, 2024 announcement gave the event dates as December 20, 2024, through January 7, 2025, at 9 AM ET.

Beebom reported that there were 14 free presents, with one available per day and missed days catch-up possible before the deadline. That count and those mechanics were reported by Beebom, not stated in Epic’s announcement; the claim window has now closed.
Which free rewards did Epic confirm?
Epic said the cabin contained cosmetics and other rewards, including outfits, back blings, pickaxes, and gliders. The official post specifically named these cabin rewards:
#1 Best Overall
- Redeemable on accounts in the United States and in U.S. Dollars.
- Gift card must be redeemed at EpicGames.com/redeem. This gift card WILL NOT work if redeemed directly on a console device (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, etc.)
- If you play Fortnite experiences on a console device, you need to link your Epic Games account to your console account(s) so items purchased at Fortnite.com/item-shop appear across all of your linked accounts
- Requires internet connection, valid Epic account and prior acceptance of the terms
- Redemption: Online
- Yulejacket Outfit
- Peppermint Paraglider
- Santa Dogg Outfit
Epic did not enumerate every cabin present or provide a complete gift-opening order in the announcement. Beebom published a broader list during the event, but the official source does not verify that list as a complete inventory. For that reason, the rewards above are confirmed examples, not a definitive list of all presents.
Other Winterfest activities and rewards
Not every free Winterfest reward came from a cabin present. Epic described separate Island activities and quest rewards:

- Holiday Present: Dancing with Mariah Carey on the Island rewarded players with this throwable gameplay item, which revealed loot.
- Blizzard Grenade and Icy Feet: These gameplay items were available in map chests through the end of Winterfest.
- Wintervestigation quests: Sgt. Winter’s quests awarded XP.
These were distinct from the cabin’s cosmetic presents and followed their own in-game routes.

No—not through the expired Winterfest 2024 event. Epic said cabin items were not exclusive to Winterfest 2024 and might become available for purchase in the Item Shop later. That statement was only a possibility; it did not guarantee the return or current availability of any particular reward.
