Is the Summer Update countdown still running?
No. The date has passed, and the dedicated countdown page cited in the 2025 report now says the Summer Update is live. At the time, players were also directed to an in-game countdown below the premium Shop button. Neither timer is a countdown to the past release now.

What did the 2025 report say the update would include?
Beebom described a Seed Shop overhaul, a Summer Event Hub, new gear, summer pet eggs and a seed pack, new weather and admin events, mutations, and summer cosmetics. Some of these were presented as teasers, leaks, or expectations, so the list should be read as what the report said players could expect—not independent confirmation that every feature shipped exactly as described.
A community-maintained update log search result labels version 1.11.0 as the June 21, 2025 Summer Update and mentions seeds, pets, and gear. Is the October 2026 Roblox event the Summer Update?
No connection to the 2025 Summer Update is established. A Roblox experience-page search result displayed a separate event for Saturday, October 10 at 8:30 PM, but the opened page did not show that event block or establish a time zone. Do not treat it as a continuation of the Summer Update or convert it to another region without verification. Why did the Summer Update draw so much attention?
Grow a Garden was already drawing an exceptional concurrent audience in 2025.
