Can I play Borderlands 4 with Game Pass?
Possibly through cloud play if you own the game and meet the Xbox listing’s eligibility wording. The US Xbox Store page says, “Cloud playable with XBOX Game Pass Essential, Premium or Ultimate.” That is a cloud-play statement, not confirmation that the base game is included in those subscriptions. Catalog access and cloud-play eligibility are different things.
