To complete Eldran’s quest in Fisch, find and interact with three Cultist Markings on Terrapin Island: a grey stone near the turtle-shaped northern area, the Angler’s Quest Hut, and a tree beside the Sea Traveler. Return to Eldran in the Cultist Lair after all three, and you can claim Eldran’s Amulet Fragment.
Start Eldran’s quest in the Cultist Lair
Speak with Eldran inside the Cultist Lair to begin the quest. The objective is to locate three markings on Terrapin Island; the markings themselves are outside the lair. The Fisch Wiki’s Eldran entry lists Eldran’s Amulet Fragment as the reward.
Walkthroughs describe reaching the lair by using a hidden lever near the Sea Traveler that appears during foggy conditions. Beebom’s guide says to use a Sea Turtle to reach the area and wait for a foggy night; Stealthy Gaming also describes using Sundial and Smokescreen Totems to create the conditions. These are guide-reported access steps, not live-verified instructions, so the lever’s availability or requirements may differ in the current game.
Find and interact with the three Terrapin Island markings
Use the coordinates as search aids, then look for the landmark: published guides agree on the locations but give slightly different coordinate precision. Beebom and Stealthy Gaming report the detailed figures below; Pro Game Guides gives the rounded alternatives.

| Marking | Landmark | Detailed coordinates | Rounded coordinates |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Grey stone near the turtle-shaped northern area | (54.3, 162, 1860) — Beebom and Stealthy Gaming | (52, 162, 1860) — Pro Game Guides |
| 2 | Beside the Angler’s Quest Hut, near the Angler Quest NPC | (-142.3, 150.4, 1943.7) — Beebom and Stealthy Gaming | (-145, 150, 1945) — Pro Game Guides |
| 3 | On a tree beside the Sea Traveler | (153.8, 153, 1985.5) — Beebom and Stealthy Gaming | (155, 155, 1990) — Pro Game Guides |
The coordinate differences are small, and all three guides point to the same physical landmarks. If a coordinate does not place you directly at a marking, use the landmark to locate it and interact with it before moving on. The cited walkthroughs were published or updated in November 2025; their coordinates have not been confirmed in a live game session, so treat them as approximate rather than freshly verified positions.
