When did Honkai: Star Rail Version 2.6 release?
HoYoverse announced October 23, 2024 as the release date for Version 2.6. Its Version 2.6 update notice said maintenance would begin at 06:00 UTC+8 on that date and take approximately five hours.
“Release date” refers to the announced version date; the maintenance schedule describes when the game was expected to become playable after the update. Adding the estimated duration to the scheduled start gives an approximate completion time of 11:00 UTC+8. HoYoverse did not guarantee that exact finish time.
What time was that in your time zone?
The official schedule used UTC+8. To convert it, compare your local time zone with UTC+8 on October 23, 2024; daylight-saving rules may affect the local offset. The table shows the UTC+8 anchor and its UTC equivalent.

The completion row is a calculation from HoYoverse’s approximate five-hour maintenance estimate, not a separately announced time.
Can you still use a Version 2.6 countdown?
No. The scheduled date has passed, so a countdown to the Version 2.6 release would be misleading. This is a historical schedule answer rather than a current update notice.

Which platforms were covered by the update notice?
HoYoverse’s notice included update steps for PC, Android, iOS, and PS5. The maintenance start time was stated in UTC+8 for the schedule; platform-specific instructions did not change that time-zone anchor.
