To move your Supercell ID to another email, open the linked game and go to Settings → Supercell ID → settings cogwheel → Change Email. You’ll need to verify the current email address, and the new address must be accessible and not already connected to a Supercell ID. If you can’t access the old inbox, contact Supercell Support through the game and be prepared to verify that you own the account.
Change your Supercell ID email when you can access the current inbox
- Make sure you can open the new email address. It must not already be connected to a Supercell ID.
- Open the game account linked to the Supercell ID you want to change.
- Go to Settings → Supercell ID, then tap the settings cogwheel.
- In the Settings tab, tap Change Email beside the current address.
- Confirm that you can access the current email and enter the verification code sent to it.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to finish the change.
Supercell Support says there is no limit to how many times you can change the email address. Supercell’s email-change instructions describe the in-game process.
If you can’t access the current email
Contact Support from the game. Depending on the game and its interface, the route may appear as Settings → Help and Info or Settings → Help and Support; use the support or contact option shown there. Supercell may help change the connected email after verifying that you own the account, but approval is not guaranteed and no processing time is promised.
Be ready to identify the account. Supercell’s lost-account guidance lists examples of useful details: your Player ID or player tag, account name, account level, clan or other group name where applicable, and purchase transaction IDs. Provide information only through official in-game support.

Fix common email-change problems
- The new email is already linked: Use an address that is not connected to a Supercell ID.
- The game rejects the address: Some email domains are unsupported. Try another address; see Supercell’s information about Supercell ID.
- You can’t receive the code at the current address: The self-service change requires verification of that inbox and may be blocked if the account is considered unsecured. Contact Support in the game if you cannot complete the steps.
Protect the account during recovery
If Account Protection is enabled, SMS verification or a recovery code may help prove ownership when contacting Support about recovery or an email change. Keep recovery codes private and use them only with Supercell Support in a ticket you opened through the game. Supercell explains these safeguards in its Account Protection guidance.
Don’t give another person your credentials to make the change for you. Supercell’s support guidance warns that account sharing is against its Terms of Service.
