The historical Sea 2 Animals collection in Fisch contains nine fish, each with a preferred bait, season and weather. The instructions below come from the limited-time Animal Hunt event guides published in April 2025; the event was scheduled to end on April 19, 2025. Its availability in the live game today is not confirmed, so check in-game before setting out.
Check whether the Animal Pool is available
The Sea 2 Animals list was part of Fisch’s limited-time Animal Hunt, not a confirmed permanent Second Sea collection. A current community Bestiary reference updated September 25, 2026 does not list a Second Sea category. That omission is a freshness warning, not proof that the fish or event have been removed. If you do not see the Animal Pool or its event notification in the game, these historical directions may no longer apply. The community Bestiary reference is unofficial.
Get to the Second Sea and find the pool
The April 2025 walkthrough described this route to the event area:
- Reach level 250.
- Defeat the Cthulhu boss at Terrapin Island.
- Use the resulting transport or speak with the Sea Traveler NPC to enter the Second Sea.
- Sail to Lushgrove, at XYZ 1133, 105, -560.
- Look for the “An Animal Pool has spawned near the area” notification. The historical guide says the pool was marked by a yellow beam.
These access requirements, coordinates and spawn cues are from the 2025 walkthrough, not confirmation of the current game state. A separate April 2025 guide said the limited-time event was scheduled to end April 19, 2025. Beebom’s Second Sea walkthrough and TechWiser’s Animal Pool guide describe the historical route and event timing.

Use the nine-fish checklist
The April 2025 guide lists “Any” as the time for every catch. Its progress modifier values are reported by that guide; they are not independently verified here. Use the bait, season and weather shown for each fish as the historical checklist, and confirm they still work in the live game.
| Fish | Preferred bait | Season | Weather | Time | Reported progress modifier |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pengwhal | Squid | Winter | Clear | Any | -5% |
| Parrotfish | Crystal Bananas | Summer | Windy | Any | +5% |
| Krabbit | Shrimp | Spring | Clear | Any | -35% |
| Capybass | Seaweed | Autumn | Clear | Any | -50% |
| Kittyfish | Fish Head | Winter | Clear | Any | +10% |
| Racuda | Bagel | Autumn | Rain | Any | +15% |
| Minnowse | Flakes | Spring | Foggy | Any | +15% |
| Siren Sheep | Seaweed | Winter | Windy | Any | -45% |
| Crocokoi | Minnow | Autumn | Foggy | Any | -25% |
The two Seaweed catches are Capybass, in Autumn and Clear weather, and Siren Sheep, in Winter and Windy weather. The full list and modifiers are transcribed from Beebom’s April 2025 Animal Pool checklist.

How Bestiary completion relates to the rest of the game
The general Bestiary is Fisch’s in-game logbook for caught fish and items. The community reference says 70% general Bestiary completion lets a player buy the Destiny Rod from Caleia at The Arch for 190,000 C$, and 100% awards the Aurora Bobber. It also says Limited, Secret and Divine Secret fish are not required for general Bestiary completion, and fish received through trading do not count. These general rules and rewards do not establish that the historical Sea 2 Animals event remains accessible or that completing its list is required for them. The community Bestiary reference was updated September 25, 2026 and is not an official game statement.
