Yes. Raidriar is the God King in the Infinity Blade series. “God King” is his title as a Deathless ruler; the sources do not establish that he is literally a god.
Why Raidriar is called the God King
Epic’s Infinity Blade Universe overview identifies the two names directly: “Siris hunts down and captures the God King, whose real name is Raidriar.” The overview later calls him “the God-King Raidriar.” The title marks his place as a powerful Deathless ruler, not proof of literal divinity.

What happens to Raidriar after the first game?
In the first Infinity Blade, Siris is raised to challenge the God King at the Dark Citadel. Epic’s official game manual presents confronting the God-King as the goal of that journey.
Defeating Raidriar does not end the conflict. Epic’s story overview says Siris later captures him and takes him to the Vault of Tears, where the Worker of Secrets imprisons them together.

Does Raidriar become an ally?
Yes. In Infinity Blade III, Siris and Isa join Raidriar in an effort to destroy the Worker of Secrets and his forces. Raidriar shifts from Siris’s enemy to a reluctant ally in that later struggle.
How the tie-in novel adds context
Brandon Sanderson’s Infinity Blade: Awakening provides story context beyond the game summaries. In the published sample chapter on Sanderson’s website, Raidriar returns through reincarnation after defeat. The story also treats the Infinity Blade as a threat of permanent death for a Deathless character. Epic confirms that Sanderson-written novels are part of the franchise on its universe overview.
