How did the new POIs connect to boss rewards?
At launch, each of the three named locations was associated with a boss and a Mythic weapon reward. The Medallion was an additional reward in each encounter.

- Doomstadt: Defeat Mysterio to obtain the Mythic Sovereign Shotgun and Stealth Medallion.

What changed for returning weapons?
Captain America’s Shield
Epic added a shield-charge capability. The Shield could also block while sliding and jumping.
Doom’s Arcane Gauntlets
Epic added an attack function modeled on Iron Man’s Repulsors, increased the repulsor attack speed and damage, and added overheating. Epic said the Gauntlets were not included in tournaments.
Striker Burst Rifle
The returning rifle became moddable. Epic said its fire rate and damage increased and its reload time decreased.
