How to reach the true ending
- Save in a separate manual-save slot before major story conversations. This gives you a way back if a choice leads to an ending you did not want. - Continue to the final boss and defeat it. Game8’s indexed true-ending guide identifies defeating the final boss, after avoiding the bad-ending triggers, as the route to the true ending. PowerPyx places the Tyrant’s Star final dungeon on 10/26 and then directs players to the final scenes.
What is known about the bad-ending choices?
The available guide information establishes the broad structure—pivotal story choices can cause bad endings, including a late trigger at the Skybound Avatar—but does not provide accessible, verifiable wording for every response or the timing of the first decision point. Rather than risk sending you toward the wrong option with a guessed quotation, save before major conversations and read each prompt carefully. Do you need to complete social links or change the difficulty?
The reviewed true-ending guide describes the final-boss route and avoidance of bad-ending triggers. Can you recover if you get a bad ending?
If you kept a separate manual save before the relevant conversation, reload it and choose a different response. Without a suitable earlier save, the available sources do not establish a universal recovery method; the safest approach is to keep rotating manual saves before major story decisions.

SEGA’s support FAQ, updated October 7, 2024, says demo save data can carry over to the full game. It also specifies that Xbox/Microsoft Store PC cross-save is supported, while PS4 and PS5 saves are not cross-compatible: a PS4 demo save cannot continue in the PS5 main game, or vice versa.
