Check settings that affect how you play
Open Settings and review the Gameplay, Cognitive, Color, Vision and Hearing options. Ubisoft’s beginner guide specifically points to color adjustments for color-blind players, text-to-speech and larger subtitles. These are options to tailor the game to your preferences, not required settings.

Start with the approach that suits you
There is no need to treat every encounter as a stealth test. Ubisoft describes blaster combat, stealth, gadgets and Nix’s ability to distract enemies as parts of Kay’s toolkit. Take a moment to observe patrols; if a distraction would help, try Nix, and if sneaking is no longer practical, consider fighting. Which options work will depend on the situation.

How to think about syndicate reputation
Your choices can change Kay’s standing with the syndicates, and reputation can affect opportunities. Ubisoft’s example is helping a Pyke freighter: doing so improves standing with the Pykes and may open future opportunities. That does not mean you should try to please every group; weigh possible access against the choices that fit the kind of outlaw you want to play.
If a syndicate base is giving you trouble
If sneaking into a Crimson Dawn or Pyke base is proving difficult, Ubisoft’s beginner guide suggests completing a side mission to improve your reputation with that syndicate. Treat it as one possible route to better standing, not a requirement to follow a particular faction path.
