It was scheduled to end May 6 at 4:59 p.m. PT. The date appeared as April 23 in regions farther east, including the United Kingdom, because it was already the next calendar day there.
When did Blossomdance start?
Capcom USA’s April 22, 2025 announcement, carried by Xbox Wire, listed the event window as April 22 at 5:00 p.m. PT through May 6 at 4:59 p.m. PT. Capcom noted that the schedule was subject to change.
Why did some calendars show April 23?
The listed time is Pacific Time. Converted to local time, the same start instant fell on April 23 in regions east of the Pacific time zone. Capcom Europe’s official event video description listed Blossomdance as running April 23–May 7 BST. Those dates reflect localization across time zones, not a separate later launch.
Did the 2026 return use the same start time?
Blossomdance returned during the anniversary rotation from February 18 through February 25, 2026, according to PlayStation.Blog’s February 9 schedule. That announcement gave dates but no start time or timezone, so the original 5:00 p.m. PT time should not be treated as confirmed for the rerun.

Every creature hunters encounter in the wild has carved out a special place in its habitat and possesses unique attacks and behaviors.

Is Blossomdance the current seasonal event?
No. As of October 8, 2026, Capcom’s Japan schedule listed the Dreamspell seasonal event for September 16 through November 4, 2026, Japan time. Blossomdance’s 2025 start time is historical; check the current official event schedule for any future return, since a past start time does not establish when a rerun will begin.
What did players need to access the event?
For the original event, Capcom USA said players needed to update to the latest game version and reach Hunter Rank 16 or higher in the main story to access the Grand Hub. Blossomdance brought spring decorations and music to the hub, special meals, daily login bonuses, limited-time Event Quests, and themed hunter and Palico equipment. Special tickets earned through login bonuses and Event Quests could be used to forge the Sakuratide α hunter armor and Felyne Papier-Mâché α Palico armor.
