Final Fantasy VII Rebirth launched on February 29, 2024. At launch, participating retailers offered a digital Midgar Bangle Mk. II with physical preorders, while Square Enix listed Moogle Trio Summoning Materia DLC with digital editions. Deluxe and Collector’s editions also included separate package extras. Those were launch-era terms; Square Enix’s current pages do not confirm that preorder codes are still included or redeemable.
What were the Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth preorder bonuses?
The original incentives depended on purchase route. Square Enix’s launch announcement described Midgar Bangle Mk. II armor for physical preorders at participating retailers and Moogle Trio Summoning Materia DLC with digital editions. It did not enumerate every participating retailer or provide a country-by-country eligibility list.
| Launch-era edition or route | What Square Enix listed |
|---|---|
| Physical Standard | Two-disc game and reversible cover; participating-retailer preorders included a digital Midgar Bangle Mk. II armor incentive. |
| Physical Deluxe | Physical game, mini-soundtrack CD, artbook, and steelbook case. It fell under the physical preorder incentive description. |
| Physical Collector’s | Limited quantities through the Square Enix Store. Included Deluxe contents, a detailed Sephiroth statue, and digital DLC: Moogle Trio and Magic Pot Summoning Materia, Reclaimant Choker, and Orchid Bracelet. |
| Digital Standard | Moogle Trio Summoning Materia DLC. |
| Digital Deluxe | Digital mini-soundtrack and artbook, Magic Pot Summoning Materia, Reclaimant Choker, and Orchid Bracelet, alongside the digital bonus. |
| Digital Deluxe Upgrade | Added Digital Deluxe contents to Standard; Square Enix said it would be available after the preorder period. |
| Twin Pack | Rebirth plus Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade. Intergrade was available immediately after preorder. |
| Digital Deluxe Twin Pack | Twin Pack plus the Digital Deluxe contents. |
What did each edition add beyond its preorder incentive?
Physical Deluxe
The mini-soundtrack CD, artbook, and steelbook were Deluxe package contents, distinct from the Midgar Bangle Mk. II preorder item. The item was described as a digital incentive for physical preorders at participating retailers, not as a guaranteed inclusion in every copy sold later.
Collector’s Edition
The Collector’s Edition added a detailed Sephiroth statue and digital extras to the Deluxe contents. The announcement described limited quantities through the Square Enix Store; it does not establish that the statue was a universal preorder bonus or sold separately.

Can you still get the Midgar Bangle Mk. II?
Its availability today is not confirmed by the official pages cited here. Square Enix’s current game page identifies Rebirth as available on PS5, PC, Nintendo Switch 2, and Xbox Series X|S. Its U.S. purchase page lists digital Standard, Digital Deluxe, Twin Pack, Digital Deluxe Twin Pack, and physical Standard and Deluxe editions for PS5. Neither page says whether original preorder codes remain available, whether a retailer still issues them, or whether old codes can still be redeemed.
If you are considering a physical copy now, check the seller’s listing for the exact edition, region, included code, and code terms before buying. The official pages establish current edition listings, not live retailer stock or resale availability.

How to interpret the original offer
- Buying physical: the launch-era incentive was a digital Midgar Bangle Mk. II at participating retailers; retailer and regional details were not fully listed in the announcement.
- Buying digital: Square Enix listed Moogle Trio Summoning Materia DLC with digital versions.
- Comparing Deluxe or Collector’s: soundtrack, artbook, steelbook, statue, and additional DLC were edition contents. Do not treat them all as preorder-only rewards.
- Checking a current offer: verify the actual seller and code terms. The official current pages do not promise that the historical incentives remain claimable.
