Fans imagine a DC hero shooter in the style of Marvel Rivals, then post about its characters, skins, dialogue and gameplay as if it were real. The parody site identifies itself as a non-commercial fan project and disclaims affiliation with DC and Warner Bros. (DC Allies; GamingBible.)
What is DC Allies?
DC Allies is a shared fictional premise: a DC-themed team shooter imagined by fans, with posts written as though the game has a roster, playable characters and ongoing gameplay discussion. It is not a released game or an official DC or Warner Bros. product, based on the sources reviewed. The site presenting the concept calls it a fan parody, says it is non-commercial, and disclaims affiliation with the rights holders (DC Allies).
Gaming coverage also describes the supposed game and roster as fictional. That distinction matters because parody posts may use the conventions of real game communities—talking about builds, counters, skins or updates—without those details documenting an actual product (GamingBible).
Why are fans posting about it as if it were real?
The joke works because the imagined game borrows the familiar format of a team-based superhero shooter. Fans can invent characters, abilities, matchups and voice lines together, building a shared fictional world through ordinary-looking game discussion. Some posts also recast Marvel Rivals material or memes as if they belonged to DC Allies; that is part of the fan roleplay, not evidence of a formal connection between the games (GamingBible; EarlyGame).

Can you install and play DC Allies?
No playable official DC Allies release is established by the sources reviewed. A community thread shows that the posts have led people to ask whether the game is real and installable; replies also mention Superhero Frenemies, a separate fan-made hero-shooter project said by a commenter to have a demo. That comment does not establish whether the demo is currently available, and it is not a DC Allies release (Reddit discussion).

The available sources do not establish an official collaboration, shared game or DC announcement (EarlyGame; GamingBible).
