When the Bird City condition is active, lootable bird nests across Buried City can contain trinkets, making them another search option. The sources do not establish when Bird City will be available or the chance of finding this particular watch. Destructoid’s guide, published and updated February 24, 2026, also notes that there is no fixed location.

Should you keep or sell it?
Check the project requirements shown in your current game before selling. The Fine Wristwatch item page says no current Projects require it, but the Weather Monitor System project page lists one Fine Wristwatch as a requirement. Those references may reflect different update states, so neither is enough to confirm what your live game needs. If the project screen shows it is required, retain one; otherwise, selling is an option.
