The Foundry Demo for Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 launched on June 8, 2025, for PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One and Series X|S, and PC. It was not announced as an unrestricted free download: Activision tied access to a preorder or prepurchase, with additional access for eligible Game Pass users. The full game was scheduled to release on July 11, 2025; both dates have passed.
When did the demo launch, and how did players get access?
Activision announced the Foundry Demo for June 8, 2025, ahead of the full game’s scheduled July 11 release. Its announcement said the demo was available to players who preordered, with additional access for Game Pass users. Activision Support specified that digital preorders or prepurchases automatically registered buyers for the demo on the platform where they purchased the game.
That access language matters: the announcement did not describe the demo as an unrestricted download available to everyone. The sources cited here do not establish whether the demo remains downloadable or supported today.
Activision Support’s code and preorder information gives the digital preorder detail; the official Foundry Demo announcement gives the launch date and access framing.
