Ubisoft’s 2020 Happy Holidays daily gifts began on December 14 with an Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Rewards pack containing the Bayek Legacy Outfit and Seafarer Settlement Pack. Ubisoft said each daily gift was available for 24 hours. The next officially announced reward, on December 15, was a free PC copy of Starlink: Battle for Atlas Digital Edition.
What was the opening Ubisoft Happy Holidays reward?
The December 14, 2020 gift was an Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Rewards pack with two items: the Bayek Legacy Outfit and Seafarer Settlement Pack. Ubisoft announced that its daily gifts ran from December 14 through December 18 and warned that each gift would disappear after 24 hours. Ubisoft’s December 14 announcement
This was in-game content, not a free copy of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. Ubisoft’s promotion rules said the applicable main game had to be purchased or downloaded to use an in-game reward.

The official announcements available for this promotion verify the opening Valhalla pack and the December 15 Starlink offer, but do not establish a complete daily list for December 16–18. Those later gifts—and whether a separate final roundup offer existed—should not be treated as confirmed based on these announcements.
How did the 2020 giveaway work?
Ubisoft’s announcement described daily gifts running December 14–18. The formal rules set a broader competition period: December 14, 2020 at 5:01 a.m. PT (2:01 p.m. CET) through December 21 at the same time. They specified that each day began at 2:01 p.m. CET, with 24 hours to register for that day’s reward. The dates in the announcement and the formal competition period refer to different things; the latter should not be mistaken for a seven-day published gift list.

No. The Happy Holidays pack was a time-limited promotional reward; the Yule Festival was a separate in-game event for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. Ubisoft’s December 17 Yule Season preview said the festival ran from December 17, 2020, through January 7, 2021. It featured activities including brawls and archery challenges, with Yule Tokens redeemable for festival rewards. Players needed to complete either the Grantebridgescire or Ledecestrescire story arc to access it.
