Ubisoft’s activation page describes a seven-day Ubisoft+ trial claimed through Prime Gaming, but the available pages do not confirm that the promotion is currently open. Check Prime Gaming in your country for a live offer before trying to activate it. If it appears, eligibility requires claiming it there first and meeting Ubisoft’s account, age, and location requirements.
Is the Ubisoft+ seven-day trial available now?
Availability is not confirmed. Ubisoft’s activation page describes the Prime Gaming offer, but the Prime Gaming result available for review showed a technical difficulties notice rather than current offer details. It did not establish an expiration date or a list of eligible countries. Check the live Prime Gaming offer and the terms shown during checkout in your location before relying on the promotion.
Who can claim the trial?
Ubisoft’s offer-specific FAQ says a user may activate the seven-day trial if they:
- Claimed the offer on Prime Gaming first.
- Do not have an active Ubisoft+ subscription.
- Have not previously benefited from this offer.
- Are at least 18 years old.
- Live in an eligible country; Ubisoft’s surfaced activation page does not provide the full country list.
If Ubisoft says the offer was claimed on a different account, check that the Ubisoft account you are using is the one linked to Prime Gaming. Ubisoft’s activation page presents the question, “What are the eligibility requirements?” and gives these conditions in its answer. Read Ubisoft’s offer-specific activation information.

How to claim and activate it
- Check Prime Gaming: Sign in and look for the Ubisoft+ trial offer. Ubisoft’s instructions require claiming it on Prime Gaming before activation; if no live offer appears, the promotion’s availability is not established.
- Claim the offer: Follow the Prime Gaming claim flow and note which Ubisoft account is linked.
- Activate through Ubisoft: Continue to the Ubisoft activation page and sign in with the linked account. Follow the offer-specific prompts and confirm that the trial is applied before completing signup.
- Review checkout terms: Check whether a payment method is required, the trial’s end date, and the price and billing date that would apply afterward. The specific offer’s checkout price and billing date have not been verified.
Will Ubisoft charge you after the trial?
Do not assume signup is payment-free. Ubisoft’s general US subscription terms say a payment method may be required for a free trial and that, subject to applicable law, a subscription may renew automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends. If it renews, Ubisoft says it charges the then-current monthly subscription fee for the next billing period. The price and exact billing date for this particular Prime Gaming promotion are not established; use the amount and date shown at signup for your region.
Ubisoft’s US terms say subscriptions can be cancelled in My Account. Access continues through the end of the subscription period in which cancellation is made. If you do not want a paid renewal, cancel before the trial ends and check your account to confirm the cancellation. Ubisoft+ Subscription Terms 2.0 (US) and cancellation terms.
