To complete your active Sim’s current aspiration milestone, open the cheat console and enter aspirations.complete_current_milestone. To add satisfaction points instead, use sims.give_satisfaction_points [number]. These are separate cheats: the first completes the current milestone, not the entire aspiration.
What the aspiration cheat does
EA documents aspirations.complete_current_milestone as the cheat for completing the active Sim’s current aspiration milestone. An aspiration can have multiple milestones, so do not expect one entry to finish every stage.

EA lists the command in its The Sims 4 Cheats FAQ. The FAQ does not specify timing or describe behavior for every game update, mod combination, or setup.
Enter the cheat on PC or Mac
- While in the game, press Ctrl + Shift + C to open the cheat console.
- Type
aspirations.complete_current_milestoneand press Enter.
Enter cheats on PlayStation or Xbox
- While in a game or saved game, hold all four shoulder buttons to open the cheat console.
- Enter
testingcheats true, then enter the desired cheat and confirm it. - Close the console by pressing all four shoulder buttons again.
EA says cheats that require testingcheats true disable achievements in the current game save. On PlayStation and Xbox, this also means trophies for that save. The warning applies to the current save, not other saves; if you want to preserve achievements, consider using a separate save before enabling testing cheats. EA’s FAQ does not make this warning about PC or Mac.

Get satisfaction points instead
If your goal is to buy rewards with satisfaction points rather than complete a milestone, enter sims.give_satisfaction_points [number], replacing [number] with the amount you want to give the active Sim. For example, enter sims.give_satisfaction_points 500 to request 500 points.
