The VIP Fun Fright Ticket is an in-game item in Monster Hunter: World – Iceborne, tied to the Seliana Fun Fright Fest. It is used for four Fun Fright delivery rewards and six Nightbat pendant variants. Each delivery costs one ticket; each pendant costs two.
What the VIP Fun Fright Ticket is
This is digital game content, not a real-world event admission ticket. The item database lists it under the English name “VIP Fun Fright Ticket,” and Capcom includes it among the Seliana Fest VIP Tickets in the Ver. 15.10.00 update notice.
Capcom’s notice, dated November 6, 2020, says the Seliana Fest VIP Tickets “can now be melded at the Elder Melder.” The notice marks Seliana Fest content as requiring the Iceborne expansion. This records an update feature; it does not establish whether the Fun Fright Fest is active on a particular date.
What you can use it for
The listed costs are one ticket for each Fun Fright delivery reward and two tickets for each Nightbat pendant variant.

How to meld the ticket
Capcom’s Ver. 15.10.00 notice documents the Elder Melder as a melding route for Seliana Fest VIP Tickets, including the VIP Fun Fright Ticket. The update notice is dated November 6, 2020. It confirms that the route was added in that update, not that a festival or particular melding option is currently available.

Can you farm it during the current festival?
The available references do not establish current festival dates, present service status, or a live drop rate. They therefore do not support a guaranteed farming method or a claim that the Fun Fright Fest is running now. Check the in-game event listings for current availability rather than treating the historical update notice as a schedule.
